Appointed firstly on Tallis Court in 2007 we quickly won the management of the surrounding two phases.

The development had a lot of issues with parking we quickly employed a parking control company to stop commuters parking on the development, parked yellow lines on the accessways and marked individuals bays.

All 25 stairwells have now been redecorated on 2 occasions and the all stairwells have recently been re carpeted.

We have build good relationships with both owner occupiers and buy to let landlords in dealing with the day to day management of the development,.
