We are pleased to announce the launch of our new website that features the brand new  “Residents Login” facility.  This will allow residents to pay the service charge online, view documents for the development they live in and report issues/view progress of Service Orders.  This system links directly into our Qube Software System.

December and January are busy months for issuing Service Charge Invoices and this year we are sending as many as possible by email rather than paper to reduce the impact on the environment and reduce the cost passed on to customers.

Over the last month we have won the management of Priory Court, Hitchin which is a development of 24 flats.
